§ 155.01. ADOPTION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

Latest version.

(A) In order to promote the public health, safety, morals, convenience, order, and the general welfare, and for the sake of efficiency and economy in the process of developing Columbia City and its jurisdictional area, the Common Council for the city, hereby adopts the update to the comprehensive plan entitled, "Columbia City Comprehensive Plan, 2004."
(B) The Comprehensive Plan is located in the office of the City Clerk and is adopted in this code by reference.
