§ 97.25. REPAIR - CONSULTATION WITH BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY.

When any sidewalk within the city becomes out of repair and it is necessary to make repair according to any section of this chapter, consultation shall be made with the Board of Public Works and Safety. No sidewalk block made at the time of the original construction shall be cut in order to save a part of the original block at the time of repair. The entire block shall be replaced.
