§ 96.02. ENTERING RUSSEL AND EVELYN FAHL AQUATIC CENTER AFTER HOURS; THROWING STONES OR RUBBISH THEREIN.

(A) No person, other than an authorized officer, employee, or agent of the city on official business, shall enter into the enclosure surrounding the Russel and Evelyn Fahl Aquatic Center at any time during the hours when the pool is closed.
(B) No person shall throw any stones or rubbish into the pool.
(C) There shall be no smoking on the premises of the Russel and Evelyn Fahl Aquatic Center unless in a specifically designated area.
